Khalifa names Abu Dhabi Culture and Heritage Authority board Posted on 08/02/2006 President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued an Emiri decree naming board of directors of the Abu Dhabi Culture and Heritage Authority. According to the decree, the board shall be chaired by Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority.
