32 ADX listed companies disclose financial statements for the Q2 2012

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced yesterday that 32 companies, out of 67 companies listed on ADX, have disclosed their financial statements for the second quarter of 2012.

The companies that disclosed their financial statements did so within the first 31 days of the 45 day deadline. Companies whose securities are listed on the exchange are required to provide ADX with Interim financial reports which are reviewed by the external auditor of the company within forty-five days from the end of the specified time period.

The companies that successfully disclosed their second quarter results are: Finance House, Invest Bank, United Arab Bank, Insurance House, National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, First Gulf Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Sharjah Islamic Bank, National Bank of Fujairah, Etisalat, Agthia Group, Ras Al Khaimah Poultry and Feeding, Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries, Gulf Medical Projects, National Takaful, Abu Dhabi National Hotels, Sharjah Cement '&' Industrial Development, Ras Al Khaimah Cement, Fujairah Building Industries, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Aviation, Emirates Insurance, Commercial Bank International, Bank of Sharjah, National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain, International Fish Farming, Qatar Telecom, Fujairah Trade Centre, Union National Bank, Al Dhafra Insurance, Arkan Building Material, Waha Capital.

Saif Sayah Al Mansouri, head of Listed Companies department at ADX, expressed his appreciation to the companies that disclosed their financial statements saying that Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange will always endeavour to maintain and promote the principals of transparency and disclosure. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
