Emir of Qatar welcomed in his inaugural speech the meet between Arab World and South America countries, describing it as symbolic and vital.

"The Arab people have been following closely the economic, social, cultural and political developments being achieved by the South American peoples. They are now harvesting their hard labour," he added.
