Abdullah bin Zayed urges Emirati students in the US to seek knowledge with dedication

Washington, D.C. - Minister of Foreign Affairs HH Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed has called on the Emirati students learning at various universities in the United States to exert more efforts when learning and dedicate themselves to seeking knowledge. In a videotaped message screened at the Students' Meet organised by the UAE Embassy in Washington, Sheikh Abdullah said: "You are the young leaders in making. You present a bright picture of the UAE to the outer world".

Over 950 male and female students attended the Meet organised by the embassy under the theme " Students Today: Leaders Tomorrow". "You have to uphold our values among the people, the values of tolerance, humbleness, respect and empathy", said Sheikh Abdullah.

He promised the students all help to achieve their educational goals within the framework of the country's policy of human development. Sheikh Abdullah also urged them to use their time in serious education and acquiring advanced knowledge that will contribute to the development of the UAE. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
