Abu Dhabi council reviews progress of projects

In a meeting presided over by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the Abu Dhabi Executive Council reviewed yesterday a number of reports and studies pertaining to several projects currently being carried out in various sectors and their progress.



The council discussed several projects including roads, bridges, electricity and water networks as well as infrastructures in several new areas of the emirate. The council also tackled a number of studies pertinent to future projects in various sectors, particularly those set to meet people's needs such as services and public utilities.



The meeting further discussed topics related to civil service at local government establishments as well as other matters on its agenda and took proper decisions on them. (The Gulf News)
