The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City will start a project to improve the greenery and landscaping in the vicinity of 223 mosques inside and outside Abu Dhabi Island very soon.
The municipality has completed a comprehensive study in this regard, said a statement issued by the municipality.
The project aims to beautify the surroundings of mosques and keep the excellent outlook of the capital city. The project will be completed within two years.
It is part of the Municipality's strategy to contribute to placing Abu Dhabi City among the top most beautiful metropolitan cities across the globe, said the statement. – Gulf News
