Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS), a member of Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. (Seha), announced that it received the biggest and first-of-its-king mobile clinic in the Middle East. It also revealed that it has been named as 'Mobile Clinic Solutions'. The aim of AHS in launching this clinic is to increase the coverage of medical care by reaching-out with healthcare service at the community-level in Abu Dhabi, while offering the residents the best care and more convenience. AHS plans to conduct primary medical tests in some remote areas and school of Abu Dhabi.
Mobile Clinic Solutions (MCS) is equipped with high-quality medical technology as well as latest equipment and devices, as used by the best internationally. Taking into consideration the need for easy access to medical information and ease in communication, the clinic has internet, fax and access to the AHS network of centres.
The length of MCS is 20.3, height is 4.20 m and the area is 52 sq mt, while its capacity is 250 - 350 per day. The clinic specializes in providing healthcare services in remote areas and large events for sports, entertainment and the like across Abu Dhabi and UAE. It has a list of specialized healthcare services that it presently offers which include dental clinic, laboratory, X-ray and general examination. Additionally, it also has a reception area, waiting area and bathrooms.
MCS will contribute significantly to offering medical care across a wider area and provide better coverage. The presence of such an advanced clinic with modern medical equipment and experienced specialists will effectively promote the AHS motto of 'Healthy family. Healthy community'.
