An unlimited number of winners will receive Dh 20,000, 15,000 and 10,000 in prize money.

"The competition is aimed at promoting constitutional culture and explaining the human rights stated in the constitution which gives human beings the highest priority since the establishment of the UAE federation," director general of the centre Dr Salim Hameed said.

Eligibility requirements for participating researches include a minimum of ten thousand words. Participating researches can be submitted to the centre online or through its Dubai office until 30 November 2012. Winners will be announced next December, Hameed explained. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
