Visa's London 2012 Olympic Games ad campaign running currently on YouTube features US diving team member and Olympian, David Boudia, climbing to the spire of Burj Khalifa in Dubai - the tallest building in the world.

And then... leaping from it with an unending series of somersaults as he dives with many others into the pool below.

The voiceover says that David Boudia "makes over 25,000 practice dives a year; which is like diving off the tallest building in the world over 180 times."

"All of the practice is for that one perfect dive when the lights are shining brightest at the London 2012 Olympic Games."

The stunning video had received 3,033,435 views on YouTube so far.

Meanwhile, David Boudia and Nick McCrory secured a bronze medal on synchronised 10-meter platform on Monday with 463.47.

The bronze was the first Olympic medal won by a US male diver since the Atlanta Games in 1996.

"It hasn't really sunk in that we won this," Boudia said.

Cao Yuan and Zhang Yanquan won the men's 10-meter synchronised title, giving China its second diving gold medal of the London Games.

Cao and Zhang totalled 486.78 points in the six-dive final. German Sanchez and Ivan Garcia of Mexico won the silver with 468.90. – 7Days
