"Arab Postal Day celebrates the dramatic growth of posts in the Arab world and highlights the roles played by postal corporations in the region in the development of social communications down the ages," said Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam, Chief Commercial Officer, Emirates Post Group. "We are delighted to salute the achievements of Arab postal corporations through these special stamps." Arab Postal Day highlights the importance of communication and information technologies in the Arab world, and seeks to identify opportunities for boosting cooperation in the postal field in Arab countries.
