Emirates Palace named Best Luxury Business Hotel by World Luxury Hotel Awards

It was a historical moment when Emirates Palace walked away with the Best Luxury Business Hotel award and overall winner of excellence trophy of the prestigious 2009 World Luxury Hotel Awards, the exclusive recognition for Luxury Hotels, Lodges '&' Resorts.
The Abu Dhabi's iconic property was recognized and celebrated at the 2009 World Luxury Hotel Awards glitzy gala ceremony held recently in Bangkok, Thailand.
The overall 2008 World Luxury Hotel Awards winner lebua at State Tower's CEO Mr Deepak Ohri proudly handed over the coveted trophy of overall excellence to this year's proud winner Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi which has set an industry example in 2009 with regards to overall excellence.
The World Luxury Hotel Awards is an inspiration to nominees and other luxury properties on the global front to raise their levels of service excellence in order to feel comfortable in competing on an international level and to set a benchmark for themselves. The luxury hotel won the honour after a vote cast by a selected panel of 50 leading tour operators '&' travel industry consultants. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
