Fatima instructs Red Crescent to execute vaccination of thousands of children

Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, honorary Chairperson of the UAE Red Crescent Authority, today instructed the RCA to immediately commence the vaccination programme for children at the earthquake-devastated in Pakistan, in collaboration with the UNICEF. The programme aims at protecting thousands children from contagious diseases in the light of a report by RDA's delegation in Pakistan affirming the dangers of spread of lethal contagious diseases in the quake affected areas. Sheikha Fatima also instructed the RCA to provide social, medical and educational services to the beneficiaries and to continue efforts to provide assistance to all affected segments in Pakistan.
