Riyadh - Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) Abdul Rehman Al Attiyah congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the UAE's ranking first on the human development index among Arab countries.
Al Attiyah, in a statement, said this is a source of pride for all of us in the GCC as it is one in a series of significant achievements made by the UAE in terms of development in agriculture, healthcare, education and improvement of living standards. He noted the active role of the prudent leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in realising the aspirations of nationals who are the target of development.
