Hamdan receives Tanzanian Vice President

Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance and Industry, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sunday received here at his office at the Ruler's Court the Vice President of the Republic of Tanzania, Dr. Ali Mohammed Shein. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the UAE and Tanzania and ways to expand avenues of cooperation between the two countries to cover other areas, including trade, investment and tourism.

The Tanzanian Vice President praised the existing relations of friendship between the two countries and their peoples. He reiterated his country's commitment to boost these ties for the mutual interest of the two countries.

He expressed admiration for the UAE's comprehensive development and described it as "an example worth emulating." Sheikh Hamdan reiterated the UAE's commitment to build the bridge of cooperation and friendship with various countries and peoples of the world. (The Emirates News Agency, WAM)
