Japanese envoys commends UAE humanitarian initiatives

The Japanese ambassador to the UAE, Takuma Hatano, praised the UAE humanitarian initiatives at regional and international levels.



The Japanese envoy also said he was impressed with the UAE model for development and investment.



He said the Red Crescent Authority's humanitarian operations had contributed to improving living conditions of the underprivileged population in many parts of the world.



The Japanese envoy made his remark during a visit today to the RCA premises in Abu Dhabi where he was welcomed by Dr. Ali bin Abdullah Al Ka'abi, RCA Chairman.



The meeting explored joint cooperation in development fields and possibility of transfer of Japanese technology in handicrafts and advanced industries for the benefit of poor and low-income groups. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
