Karachi - The Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation team in Pakistan built a number of makeshift camps in Sindh region for people who were left homeless by the recent floods. The team, in cooperation with Pakistan's military and local authorities, also gave out food packages and basic material procured from local markets, according to representative of the Foundation Mohammed Abdul Wahhab Bin Dukhan.

The Foundation's relief operation is being carried out upon directives from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The team made field visits in the last three days to areas hit by the floods and is extending its relief efforts to other provinces, he added.
