Khalifa Foundation aid workers in Jordan to provide assistance to Syrian refugees

Amman - UAE Ambassador to Jordan Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Amri received on Thursday top aid workers from the Khalifa bin Zayed Humanitarian Foundation (KZHF) who arrived here to supervise distribution of humanitarian assistance to Syrian refugees in Jordan. During the meeting, they discussed with Jordanian Red Crescent best mechanisms of coordination and delivery of relief to the Syrian refugees in Jordan.

The aid programme will be overseen by the UAE Embassy in Jordan and be carried out in coordination with Jordanian Red Crescent.

Initially, the Foundation will distribute next Week about 5000 food parcels and 2000 hygiene kits to refugees within and outside the capital, Amman. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
