Khalifa Foundation sends aid to Yemen's Socotra Islands

In implementation of the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has sent 400 tons of food items and 300 barrels of diesel fuel to the Socotra Islands in the Republic of Yemen.

An official source at the Khalifa Foundation said that the humanitarian efforts continue to reduce the suffering of those affected by the humanitarian conditions, highlighting that the support and help provided by the Khalifa Foundation to the needy in various parts of the world embodies the humanitarian vision and wise leadership of His Highness the President, and represented the UAE's commitment to strengthening international peace and security.
