Khalifa's vision highlighted through publications

The United Arab Emirates, in its 34th Anniversary of the Independence Day, has proved its commitment to its principles and policies which have covered all aspects of development, as envisioned by H.H. President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his brother Members of Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates who have been eager to preserve the achievements and to continue their great efforts in building a modern society based on justice, social care, and tolerance.



The Information Affairs Office of Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, has been keen to convey the thoughts and vision of the Sheikh Khalifa through a number of books and studies published in different languages for promoting brotherhood, tolerance, and peace among nations and peoples around the world. The books provide the readers with valuable information about the pioneering revival of the UAE in various fields, according to a statement from the office.



Among these publications is "Khalifa Building Future Generation" which highlights the strategy of the economic development based on promoting human resources as the main pillar of development and progress. There is also a book, which deals with the statements of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa about the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). It stresses his philosophy of the economic integration among the Arab Gulf countries. It underlines Sheikh Khalifa's role in strengthening the GCC in a way that serves international peace and stability, and boosts solidarity and development in the Arab World.



In recognition of the pivotal role of Sheikh Khalifa in establishing strong relations with members of the international community especially the effective ones, the Information Affairs Office published a book entitled "Khalifa and International Cooperation" in Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Russian, German and Urdu.



The book focuses on his efforts for enriching horizons of cooperation between the UAE and the USA, and the European Union member states such as France, Britain, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Holland, Austria and Belgium. It also mentions Sheikh Khalifa's historic visits to Japan, China and Indonesia. The book highlights the relations linking between the UAE and Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Malaysia, and Afghanistan.



The book entitled "Khalifa: The Leader", which was published in Arabic and in English was also among the publications of the Office. It includes the working papers of the symposium, which was organized by the Office and world distinguished intellectuals took part in. This symposium aimed at shedding light on Sheikh Khalifa's achievements at the domestic and foreign levels.



It is worth mentioning that the Information Affairs Office published other publications, that deal with different issues including, economic aspects of the UAE society, Sheikha Fatima and humanitarian work, and the industrial development in the thought of Sheikh Khalifa.
