Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) promises to end with a bang as it approaches the final week of events and activities.

The nineteenth edition of DSF is once again gearing up to entertain residents and visitors in every nook and corner of Dubai with entertainment, discounts and a mind-blowing array of raffle prizes.

The 32-day festival, held under the theme "Shop at your Best”, will conclude on February 2 offering visitors a last chance to join in the fun-packed activities.

Some of the events and activities taking place during the last week of DSF 2014 include:

DSF Fireworks will take place at Dubai Creek at 8:00pm on January 31 to February 1 along with the daily fireworks shows being set off at 9pm over the Dubai night sky at Al Seef Street.

The Market Outside the Box will continue on until February 1 at Burj Park from 4pm to 10pm on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday it will take place from 12pm to 12am. The market concept incorporates the use of refurbished shipping containers to house sustainable Middle Eastern retail and lifestyle brands.

Circus Canada will take place daily until February 1 at BurJuman from 6:00pm & 8:30pm.

There will be a lively parade, a spectacular circus show and an interactive meet and greet session.

The Carpet & Art Oasis will showcase the beauty of some of the world's largest and rarest carpets and rugs from different parts of the world.

It's also the last week to explore the Emirati traditions at the Al Shindagha Heritage Area. By showcasing the cultures and time-honoured customary practices of the Emirati ways of living, the area is bringing both residents and tourists closer to the Emirati heritage.

Sports enthusiasts will get a chance to take part in DSF's many activities and events that include: Camel Racing Season 2013/2014, Dubai World Cup Carnival 2014, Racing at Meydan, Omega Dubai Desert Classics 2014, Auto Trader Live — Luxury Car Show 2014, Dubai Show Jumping Championships 2014, Dubai Polo Gold Cup Series 2014.

Visitors can also try their luck for a life changing moment by participating at the DSF Mega Raffles that include Infiniti Mega Raffle, Nissan Grand Raffle and Gold Raffle. – Gulf News – Read more: http://gulfnews.com/news/gulf/uae/leisure/last-week-of-dsf-to-end-with-a-bang-1.1282601
