Longest greeting letter to Khalifa

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Minister of Presidential Affairs, participated yesterday morning in signing the longest greeting letter in the world, presented to President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on the occasion of the 36th National Day anniversary.

He signed this letter of greeting addressed to President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Their Highness, the Rulers of the emirates and General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

This lengthy letter, which is 250 meters long and 20.1 meters wide, has been taken in a procession from Fujairah through all the different emirates to Abu Dhabi. 22 young women from Gulf and Arab countries have participated in this procession on bikes carrying this letter signed by UAE nationals and residents and visitors from Arab and foreign countries.
