As the yachting world descends on Dubai for the 18th Dubai International Boat Show this week, Kleindienst Group has announced the launch of Monte Carlo Island, the first dedicated luxury entertainment resort on The World islands project in Dubai, and an exciting new yachting destination for the region.
One of the six islands making up The Heart of Europe project, the 415,000 square foot Monte Carlo Island is set to become the perfect playground for luxury boat owners, the fashion set and the confidently wealthy looking for understated sophistication and uncompromising attention to detail.
Designed as a party island in every sense of the word, Monte Carlo Island comprises an elite beach and pool club, a fine dining restaurant and bar, a nightclub and a dedicated event area for private parties, weddings and corporate events. Membership to the club is limited and exclusively for adults.
"Monte Carlo has long been the playground of the rich and famous, a place where glamorous people indulge in the scenic Riviera seaside and sophisticated nightlife, and a mainstay of regatta society. There could be no better name for the entertainment island that is at the heart of our project and a key element in the creation of our dream holiday destination,” said Josef Kleindienst, CEO of Kleindienst Group.
Monte Carlo Island is the second island to be launched in The Heart of Europe project. Germany island was announced in late December 2009 and construction of the 20-villa project began on schedule in February 2010.
Construction on Monte Carlo Island will begin within the next few weeks, with the opening of the unique upmarket leisure destination scheduled before the end of 2010. – Emirates Business 24│7
