The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), has received a pioneer patent in the use of e-hologram sticker for attestation, a system that provides high-quality security tags, from the International Hologram Manufacturers Association in Britain.

The patent certificate was presented by Ahmed Saeed Elham Al Dhahiri, Director of the Consular Services at the (MoFA), to Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

The e-hologram sticker, a product used for verification and authentication, protects the security and confidentiality of attestation as per international standards in this respect.

The new attestation mechanism has been endorsed at the attestation centres of the MoFA, and 30 representative missions abroad.

This move comes in line with the U.A.E. Government's smart vision to provide the best services to customers. It also meets the directives of leadership of the MoFA to provide services in accordance to the best international electronic practices. – Emirates News Agency, WAM –
