Mohammed bin Rashid Twitter followers exceed 5 million

Followers on social media website Twitter of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, have reached five million.

His followers on all the social media networks have so far reached 10.5 million, of whom 5 million followers are on the Twitter, constituting 47 per cent.

Sheikh Mohammed's Twitter website draws followers from Arab world, Europe, America and Asia, but many followers come from the GCC states, accounting for 62 per cent, followed by Egypt with 8 per cent, the US, the UK, India, Asia and other European countries.

He is deemed one of the five most influential global political leaders in terms of the number of followers on the network LinkedIn, the largest network for specialists in the world, with about 400 million dedicated professionals.
