Mohammed bin Rashid meets "Clothe 1 Million Needy Children Campaign" organising Committee

The Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has met at Zabeel Palace members of the organising committee of the "Clothe one Million Needy Children Campaign".

The committee includes the UAE Red Crescent Authority, Etisalat, du and Dubai Media Incorporate, that have so far contributed to the success of the campaign, launched by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

The Vice President hailed the philanthropists, government and private organisations for providing the material and cash support, which resulted in raising the number of beneficiaries from one million to three million children worldwide.

Sheikh Mohammed emphasised that reaching that huge number and achieving the target goals "is not strange to the Emirati Society." He also congratulated the organisers of the campaign and other supportive agencies.

Present in the meeting were H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gargawi, Minister for Cabinet Affairs and Director General of the Department of Protocols and Hospitality in Dubai Khalifa Saeed Suleiman. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
