Vice President and Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, has ordered the commencement of distribution of 114 houses in Al Gouz district 2 at cost about Dh158 million, to the citizens eligible for ready houses.

The move comes in line with keenness of Sheikh Mohammed on provision of the modern houses to the citizens to achieve family stability and ensure decent living conditions for them.

Sami Abdullah Gargash, Executive Director of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE), stressed keenness of the MBRHE on responding quickly to the instructions of Sheikh Mohammed to build and allocate the houses to the citizens in Dubai.

He added that the project is part of the programme to replace the dilapidated buildings with new ones in Mushrif, Jumeirah, Khawaneej and Al Gouz districts in order to preserve the social fabric of citizens in these districts. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
