Mohammed bin Zayed attends F1 race in Bahrain

Manama - HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain and General H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, crown prince of Abu Dhabi and deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed Forces attended today the Bahrain Formula One Grand Prix which was held at the Bahrain international Circuit.

Sheikh Mohammed accompanied King Hamad and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain to the main hall. Also present was Foreign Minister H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Sheikh Mohammed also met with King Juan Carlos of Span, Prince Guillaume, crown prince of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and other guests.

Ferrari's Fernando Alonso registered his first win with the team at this year's season-opener - the Bahrain Formula One Grand Prix, where his teammate Felipe Massa came in second. Mclaren's Lewis Hamilton finished in third position, followed by Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
