Mohammed bin Zayed receives Tanzanian President

General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received yesterday President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete of Tanzania, who is on a visit to the country. Welcoming the Tanzanian President, Sheikh Mohammed hoped that the visit would boost bilateral cooperation in the various fields. The two leaders agreed on the need for exchange of visits by officials of both countries to explore joint cooperation potentials. They also exchanged views on regional and international developments as well as on issues of mutual concern.



The Tanzanian President said he was happy to visit the UAE, saying the visit was a good opportunity to look into the best means to bolster bilateral cooperation in the economic, trading, investment and tourist areas. He lauded the UAE achievements under its wise leadership. (Emirates News Agency, WAM)
