The letters deals with Morocco's proposal to grant self-rule to Morocco's Western Sahara in an effort to find an acceptable political solution that would be compatible with the international resolutions.

The envoys briefed Sheikh Mohammed about the details of the proposal, which seeks to find a lasting solution to the Western Sahara issue without compromising the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Morocco, while ensuring the achievement of security and stability in the Arab Maghreb region.
