The Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre, managed by Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Centre (ADSIC), will provide information and answer inquiries related to the national reserve and service project under a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for joint cooperation sealed yesterday between the National and Reserve Service Authority (NRSA) and ADSIC.

Inked in attendance of Major General Pilot Sheikh Ahmed bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of NRSA, and Rashid Al Mansouri, Director General of ADSIC, the MoU will see the latter party, in its capacity as the agency supervising the implementation of the e-Government program in Abu Dhabi Government entities (ADGEs), provide a public inquiry response service about the national reserve and service project and update information about the project on the Abu Dhabi Government e-Portal. ADSIC will also optimise joint e-government systems and services in favour of the project.

Under the agreement, ADSIC will monitor and analyse calls as per established standards in order to improve performance in the Abu Dhabi government.

The Abu Dhabi Government call centre announced that it has received 8,727 inquiries via its toll free numbers about the national reserve and service project since the authority joined it up to 14 September 2014. – Emirates News Agency, WAM -
