The Pakistan cricket team is planning to return to the UAE for four one day international matches and two Twenty20s against New Zealand next month, according to a cricketing website.
Cricket website CricInfo reported that Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Ijaz Butt has finalised a neutral venue for a limited overs leg of the series, to be followed by Tests in New Zealand in November.
According to the site, New Zealand Cricket has yet to approve the plans.
Butt reportedly visited the UAE earlier this month to discuss hosting fees for the matches. He has planned four one-day matches in Abu Dhabi and two Twenty20s in Dubai.
Tours to Pakistan have been put on hold since terrorists attacked the Sri Lankan Cricket Team in Lahore in March.
