Preparations are under way to hold the conference and the exhibition in Abu Dhabi International Exhibition Centre, in collaboration with, General Exhibitions Corporation, GEC, and Environmental Research and Wildlife Development Agency, ERWDA and a German establishment.

The Exhibition aims at boosting awareness of the importance of environment friendly to sustainable transportation and its connection with social, economic, health and environmental issues. It is also an effort to achieve consensus on principles and broad lines of sustainable transportation.

A large number of Arab Ministers of transportation, health, communication and environment and their counterparts from the European Union, US, Canada, Japan and Africa are expected to take part in the exhibition and the collateral exhibition.

In a statement to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, Majid Al Mansouri, ERWDA Secretary General said that Abu Dhabi will witness in January the biggest gathering in the world of ministers of health, transportation and environment at the invitation of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and ERWDA Board Deputy Chairman.
