President H.H Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a cable to President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari offering him condolences on the death of the passengers in a tragic plane crash near Islamabad yesterday. The passenger jet had crashed into the hilltop overlooking the Pakistani capital while making a landing amid poor weather.
In his condolence message His Highness prayed to God for divine forgiveness for the deceased and forbearance for their kith and kin. Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and H.H General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces also sent condolence cables to the Pakistani President. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
