Mogadishu - Prime Minister of Somalia Abdiweli Mohamed Ali has hailed relief efforts of UAE being the first country who profoundly responded to drought and famine in Somalia.

He said that initiatives of UAE towards the victims have strengthened his country's efforts to limit the effects of the disaster over the Somali people, who are facing difficult humanitarian conditions by all means.
