RCA continues implementation of Mohammed bin Rashid Campaign to dress one million needy children

Karachi: The UAE Red Crescent Authority (RCA) teams continue to implement the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Campaign to dress one million children around the world, following doubling the number of beneficiaries to three million need children.

The RCA teams have concluded the distribution of clothes in the southern Sindh region of Pakistan, where 32, 000 clothes were distributed to the deprived children in 8 provinces devastated by the floods in Sindh.

Hamad Abdullah Al Ali, director of the RCA office in Islamabad told Emirates News Agency (WAM) in a statement that the second phase of the campaign has been completed.

He noted that the campaign has been highly appreciated by the local Pakistani officials. Al Ali thanked the officials at the UAE Consulate General in Karachi for their cooperation.

About 300, 000 Pakistani children are expected to benefit from the campaign. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
