Islamabad - The line with the directives of its Chairman H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Red Crescent Authority has started implementation of an extensive programme to alleviate the plight of displaced people in the Swat Valley of Pakistan.
