Razan Al Mubarak, Secretary General, Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi, has been conferred the Women in Business Award for her professionalism.
"Razan has been awarded for demonstrating exemplary leadership and accomplishment by pushing barriers, overcoming challenges and setting an example of perseverance and professionalism," affirmed Chairman AmCham Abu Dhabi, Greg Golden.
At this year's Excellence Awards Gala, AmCham Abu Dhabi brought together 300 business and government officials to recognize leading local and American companies, institutions, and entrepreneurs for their dedication to strengthening US - UAE commercial relations. The finalists were honoured Friday night at a celebration gala at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi sponsored by ExxonMobil and several other generous supporters.
Those who were honoured include Souad Al Hosani, President, Nexus Business Service, who received the Young Achievers Award, presented by Hania Kuleib, Founder, Inspire Sports Management, and Greg Golden, Chairman AmCham Abu Dhabi.
Sultan International Holding LLC, received the Bridge of Excellence Award for the company's efforts to bridge the gap in bilateral trade relations and promote cross-border business alliances and joint ventures.
Hatem Shaker, Vice President Exxon (Al Khalij), Public '&' Government Affairs, and Greg Golden, Chairman, AmCham Abu Dhabi, present the Bridge of Excellence Award to Bader Jeiroudi of Sultan International Holding.
Dr. Shaikha Al Maskari, Chairperson, Al Maskari Holding, Tricon Group and, Johnson Controls and Global Communications, received the Falcon Award for her outstanding commitment to sustainable U.S. - U.A.E. business relations.
Fatima Al Jaber, COO Al Jaber Group, and Greg Golden, Chairman, AmCham Abu Dhabi, present the Falcon Award Individual to Dr. Shaikha Al Maskari Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), received the Falcon Award for their outstanding commitment to sustainable U.S. - U.A.E. business relations. AmCham Abu Dhabi recognized TAQA; the Abu Dhabi based global energy company, for the important role that it is playing in the commercial relationship with the U.S. and its significant long-term investments throughout North America's energy sector.
U.S. Ambassador Michael H.
