Red Bull Air Race 2006 to kick off on March

Red Bull World Series Air Race 2006 will begin here on March 17 under the auspices of Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, ADTA, and participation of 11 pilots, following entry of two more pilots, who took part in last year's competition. This year Red Bull Air Race will include ten rounds in ten various cities, following addition of three new rounds. Red Bull Air Race 2005 on Abu Dhabi Corniche had witnessed great attendance by fans, It was the first of its kind to be held in the Middle East region. All the participants will be competing in a round showing their skills with the best timing and then will be racing for the super final, in a time trial event. (Emirates News Agency, WAM)
