The Sharjah Transport Corporation (STC) unveiled on Thursday a taxi for people with special needs.

The new vehicle will lift a disabled passenger along with his wheel chair into the car. It is the first time STC introduces such a taxi to cater to the people with special needs.

"We shall bring more on the road in the near future. We expect to have about ten cars in two to three months", said Director General of STC Abdullah Al Zarri. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
