Sheikha Fatima receives Queen Rania

Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the Family Development Foundation and Chairperson of the General Women's Union, received in Abu Dhabi yesterday, Queen Rania Al-Abdullah, Wife of King Abdullah of Jordan. During the meeting, they discussed avenues of cooperation in areas of interest to women. The discussions were held within the framework of fraternal ties between the UAE and Jordan. They also discussed ongoing preparations to host the second Arab Women Summit in Abu Dhabi, under the chairmanship of Sheikha Fatima, who is also the chairperson of the Arab Women Organisation. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
