Tamim: Dubai Police is constantly keen to provide security and safety in the emirate

Commander General of Dubai Police Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim reiterated yesterday the constant vigilance of Dubai Police to provide security and safety in the emirate through the use of the latest methods compatible with international standards.

While addressing a press conference held yesterday to announce the results of measuring the sense of security and safety in the emirate of Dubai, Tamim also said that this vigilance stems from the keenness of Dubai government to achieve excellence in all fields.

The report containing the result was prepared by the Coordinating Committee for the research centers and decision support.

The conference was also attended by Dr. Mohammed Murad Abdulla Director, Center for Decision Support at Dubai Police and Chairman of the Committee and officers from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

Lieutenant General Tamim said that the findings reflect the ability of Dubai Police in overcoming difficulties and its resolve to challenge the impossible under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

Tamim also disclosed that the Police aims to achieve higher rates through a package of services designed to provide the best for the public in the coming year in line with the strategic objectives of the Dubai Police. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
