The Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC), Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, and FNC members have offered their condolences on the death of former Ra's al-Khaimah Ruler and Supreme Council member Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, who died early today in Ra's al-Khaimah. "The FNC extends its sincere condolences to President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Their Highnesses the Rulers of the Emirates, the sons and the family of the late Sheikh Saqr, the Al Qawasim family and the people of the UAE," a statement said.
