UAE Ambassador in Colombo presents credentials to Sri Lankan President

Colombo: UAE Ambassador in Colombo Abdel Hamid Abdel Fatah Kadhim presented his credentials to Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa. At the ceremony, the ambassador conveyed greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the Sri Lankan Head of State.

Rajapaksa also offered greetings to President and well wishes to the people of UAE for progress and prosperity.

The ambassador stressed UAE's keenness to strengthen ties, friendship and cooperation with Sri Lanka. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
