UAE Embassy in Mauritania continues charity program

UAE embassy in Nouakchott announced that the UAE charity work of Ramadan in Mauritania is still going on. Ali al Hosni, UAE Charge d'Affaires in Mauritania said that the program of Ramadan breakfast organized by the UAE Red Crescent Authority in some Mauritanian cities has covered a large number of mosques and Quran schools and other places.

Al Hosni told that there are other charity works being carried out in Mauritania by Sheikh Khalifa Foundation for charity works, stressing that these charity works of the different philanthropic organizations in the UAE come in line with the directives of President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the follow up of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Red crescent Society. (Emirates News Agency, WAM)
