UAE Foreign Ministry slams Daesh for crimes against Ethiopians in Libya

The UAE foreign ministry has condemned the heinous crime committed by the terrorist group Daesh against Ethiopian citizens in Libya.

In a statement released yesterday, the foreign ministry reiterated the UAE's firm position rejecting terrorism in all its forms and under any name or pretext.

"Such a barbaric crime would strengthen our resolve to stand as one in the face of this terrorist group which propagates terror under the guise of religion," the statement said.

"Confronting such cowardly acts and twisted thinking requires that the international community rallies together its efforts in all areas," it added. – Emirates News Agency, WAM –
