NABLUS: UAE Human Appeal International (HAI) has continued the distribution of winter humanitarian aid to the poor families in the Palestinian territories affected by the snowstorm.

The move is part of Tarahamu Campaign launched earlier by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and being followed up Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to assist the refugees affected by the snowstorm, which hit the Levant and Iraq.

Ibrahim Rashid, Director of HAI office in the West Bank, said the HAI teams distributed over the last two days the winter aid to 673 needy Palestinian families in Nablus, Beit Lahm and Perea provinces, adding that the mission is part of the intensive relief programme set by the HAI in line with the Tarahamu campaign that targets 15, 000 Palestinian families at cost of $1 million. http://www.wam.ae/en/news/international/1395276484620.html
