UAE RCA continues relief mission for displaced Syrians in Lebanon

Beirut - UAE Red Crescent Authority (RCA) continues to provide humanitarian assistance for the displaced Syrian families at Wadi Khaled area on north Lebanon distributing food parcels given by Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Humanitarian Foundation.

Dr. Saleh Mousa Al Taie, Deputy Secretary General of the Red Crescent Authority (RCA) for Relief Affairs, chairman of the relief team for the displaced Syrians in Lebanon affirmed that the team has offered 500 food parcels in addition to baby milk to five hundred displaced families in Wadi Khalied area of Akkar District in North Lebanon pointing that the distribution of assistance will continue to include 500 more families in these areas along with several cleaning materials.

RCA team has visited a number of government hospitals at Akkar District inquiring their needs and giving support for them. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
