UAE RCS executes water projects in Yemen

The UAE Red Crescent Society, RCS, has implemented the project of setting up a number of water reservoirs and pumps in different areas in Yemen. The project, which was financed by a number of UAE benevolent aims at providing people with potable waters in areas that find difficulty in having drinkable waters.

Dr. Saleh Al Mulla, RCS Deputy Secretary General for Foreign Affairs, said that the UAE RCS gives full care to humanitarian projects that will improve the living conditions of a great number of the needy world-wide.

Al Mulla lauded the support of the UAE benevolent to the UAE RCS humanitarian project in setting up water reservoirs and pumps in Radfan in the Yemeni Lahaj Province. 'Dabsan water project carried out by the UAE RCS is also one of the vital water projects in Yemen, which will completely serve a large number of the needy there', Al Mulla added.
