Khalifa Nasser Al Suweidi, Board Chairman of the UAE Red Crescent Society, RCS, underlined the significant being attached by the UAE to the voluntary work, which comes in the context of the approach adopted by President H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the leader of the greatest cultural development in the field of humanitarian donations. Al Suweidi made these remarks during a ceremony held yesterday to honour those who participated in the activities of Ramadan and Eid festival, held at the Armed Forces Club. 'In line with the directives of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and RCS Chairman The UAE RCS is exerting tremendous efforts and effective roles in the humanitarian and philanthropic fields', Al Suweidi added.
