Al-Mansouri said that the delegation made an inspection tour of the one-kilometre square site to assess the actual work needed including levelling, fencing, digging water wells, erecting water tanks and sewage systems and building the camp administration headquarters as the first stage as well as constructing tents, mosques, Quranic schools as the second. Al-Masouri said the camp was located in a mountainous and rugged area on the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan and was 120 Km away from the city of Peshawar.
